Human Resources and employment law can be difficult areas for smaller businesses. Yet, most unusually for a firm of our size, we are able to offer advice on a wide range of issues such as:

• contracts of employment
• termination rights and discipline
• grievance and dismissal issues

– as well as arranging training on employment law.

This work is carried out by our close associate, Kate Russell of Russell Personnel Services.

Kate is a qualified barrister who has also worked in industry as an operations manager. Her experience in manufacturing, distribution and service sectors, means she is well placed to give street wise advice.

She delivers training in employment issues for several large companies, and has written a number of practical employment hand books.
