The firm was set up in 1991 by Robert Haysom and Dennis Silverton, and now boasts three partners and 14 professional staff who cover all aspects of accounting services.

Over the years we have built an outstanding local reputation. We specialise in working with owner-managed medium-sized companies, which do not need one of the big accountancy firms, but do need a level of support and expertise that may not be available from smaller firms.

Small start-up companies are also always welcome – and a number of our largest clients have been with us since their very first days in business.

Our philosophy has been to invest in excellence (and in technology), and alongside the traditional skills of audit, accountancy and compliance taxation, we have gained an increasingly high profile for innovative tax planning schemes.

We are represented extensively overseas and have as clients a number of UK subsidiaries of foreign-owned parents, as well as many UK companies with interests in Europe, the USA and the Far East.
